One of the most famous and most important cross-country ski races takes place between the Val di Fiemme and the Val di Fassa valley. It is called Marcialonga and is 70 km long.
The race attracts every year numerous participants and spectators. The race goes from Moena over Canazei to Cavalese.
Athletes come from all over the world to participate at this competition in the Dolomites. During the days of the race many other activities take place: races for children, music shows and festivals!
On the same runs cross-country skiers compete in winter running and cycling competitions take place in summer!
